Mr. Guaman was born in the town of El Triunfo, Ecuador, since coming to this country has always been known for their tenacity to achieve their dreams and goals. Now is the President of El Triunfo Financial & Insurance Services, a leading Hispanic competitive, productive and innovative in Southern California. His enterprising spirit and entrepreneurial vision began in August 1998 when he worked for RFG Financial Services in Santa Ana, California. There he was responsible for all financial and accounting procedures of companies in this group. The work performed included: forecasting, business planning, cost analysis, cost control management, salary and compensation arrangements, trust funds, accounting and financial reporting. The application of computer systems and software, budgets, performance, evaluation, staffing, quality assurance and control, regulatory compliance management and promotional advertising company. Contributed with their work and knowledge to achieve significant success for this company as having ranked among the 100 best companies in INC Magazine's Inner City 100. Another aspect to highlight is that worked hard to bring this company to become one of the top 500 U.S. Hispanic-owned businesses, an achievement recognized by Hispanic Business Magazine. Mr. Alpino has also earned a certificate in Bookkeeping from a California Regional Occupational Program and is a certified Tax Preparer with the California Tax Education Council. Analyze and reconcile accounts as required by the manager. Communicate with clients regarding timely and proper reporting and maintain complete and accurate flow sheets of data. Prepare IRS and State payroll and sales tax correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Return client phone calls on the same day and be courteous. Gloria Beza, Office Manager

Ms. Beza has twenty-three years of experience in customer service and eight years of experience as an insurance agent. She has handled bookkeeping needs and studied at a California Regional Occupational Program. Ms. Beza is an expert at identifying customer needs, communicating effectively, and providing diligent customer service. Maintain independence as to our relationship with our clients and discuss any of these issues or questions with the owner of the firm. Supervise and assist the bookkeeper with your monthly clients. Review monthly financial statements for your section before giving them to the owner for final review. Handle new-client installations and backwork. Provide your clients with the proper consulting and tax planning as their needs dictate. Manage tax preparations for the businesses and personals in your section as well as for any year-end only clients that are assigned to you. Maintain organized income tax files. Give prompt attention to any additional projects/taxes delegated to you. Provide computer support to clients when needed. Offer training to client employees when needed. Take a leading role in expanding additional firm services to our clients. Help make the office a smooth-running and positive place to work.

Miriam Mendoza, Business Development Director

Ms. Mendoza solicits new clients in and around existing client and prospect’s locations. Ms Mendoza is required to secure appointments through this effort and networking in order to supplement appointments produced by the appointment setting department. A minimum combined level of 10-15 appointments per week is required for minimum standards of this position. Assist in the supervision and the coordination of the inside sales personnel. Assist in the recruiting, hiring, training and development of all inside sales personnel. Provide management with required weekly productivity reports, pending client reports and completed appointment reports. Network within the local business community to increase the firm’s exposure for future business. This may include chambers, associations, trade organizations, etc. Solicit prospective clients from existing clients. Secure appointments through canvassing, cold calling and networking. Visit clients and function as a liaison and communications link between this accounting/payroll firm and the client. Sell new services to existing clients as they become available. Consult with prospective clients on their accounting and payroll needs and design solution packages. Provide feedback to the rest of the organization on how to better satisfy client needs. Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts. Communicate and work with the production staff to ensure complete and accurate set up, installation and delivery of services to new clients.

Gloria Quinones, Tax Preparer

Ms. Quinones Prepares income tax return forms for individuals and small businesses: Reviews financial records, such as prior tax return forms, income statements, and documentation of expenditures to determine forms needed to prepare return. Interviews client to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances. Computes taxes owed, using adding machine, and completes entries on forms, following tax form instructions and tax tables. Consults tax law handbooks or bulletins to determine procedure for preparation of atypical returns. Occasionally verifies totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors of arithmetic or procedure. Calculates form preparation fee according to complexity of return and amount of time required to prepare forms.

Rigoverto Flores, Account Executive

Mr. Flores formulates the overall framework for Customer Experience across El Triunfo Corporation. He articulates a strategy for integrating customer feedback from multiple sources and following up on this feedback effectively. He orchestrates and manages specific quantitative feedback programs to improve customer loyalty. He understands of Business Process Architecture and how customer feedback and input is part of getting to an optimal process Influence and align cross functional stakeholders to an actionable plan for addressing Voice of the Customer. He communicates results to executives clearly and explore the benefits and drawbacks of alternate approaches as necessary.
